At Alton Towers Resort Online Shop, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened merchandise. Please note that personalized items and park tickets are excluded from our standard returns process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our guest services team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to the Resort

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
